Recurrent urinary tract infections, or UTI’s, can be an indication of lowered immunity or stress, causing a change in the vaginal microbiome. There is a link between gut health and urinary health, since all mucosa in the body is linked. Constipation can allow bacteria to travel from the rectum to the urethra.
